At this time last year I weighed 160 pounds. Today I weigh 123. That’s 37 pounds down. I have lost 10 of those pounds this month. I haven’t been this thin since grade 11. I am fit and happy and learning to love my body again. What started as revenge after a break up has turned into me doing this for me and feeling good. Being healthy and fit only leads to happiness. I will keep going.
